Franked with one 3-ruble stamp and three 5-ruble stamps (hand-overprinted on stamps by the British administration of Batum), canceled with the postmark of Batum. On the reverse side, under the stamps, is the signature of the examiner, Sergio Sismodo; the examination certificate is attached. The receipt postmark is missing.
