Franked with two 5k and three 10k stamps, cancelled with a Kharkov postmark. Arrived in Freiburg im Breisgau on February 9, 1924. Passed through the USSR Commissioner for Philately and Coupons checkpoint in Kharkov. On the reverse side, there is a stamp indicating completion of foreign control, an affixed stamp, and the signature of the Commissioner.

The postal item was received by the recipient on 28 October 1924. The form was sent from Petrikov on 30 October 1924 and received in Moscow on 2 November 1924.
