1925 Cover bears a total of 25 Cents postage stamps cancelled by square datestamp of ALTAN BULAK (Altanbulak) on OCT 6, 1925. In addition, 3 'Junk' stamps were added by the sender to avoid paying the postage dues by the consignee. The 'Junks' were postmarked at Harbin on NOV 18. Square URGA transit postmark was impressed on obverse

Internal usages are rare. Note Cyrillic 'Urga', added to the address. Urga had been officially renamed Ulan Bator upon proclamation of the Republic in November 1924, here, nearly two years later, the old name was still being used
