1926 ( 22 June) Red-band cover from TSETSERLIG to Kalgan, franked 5c and 20 cents revenue with the overprint "postage" in purple (Mongolia) and two 4 cents and one 1 cent (China) cancelled with Tsetserlig postmark June 22, 1926. Transit postmark Ulan Bator June 22, 1926, then transit postmark Harbin July 15, 1926

Extremely rare. Mongolian foreign letter rate (mixed franking with first and second issue stamps), and China rate paid (Chinese stamps were affixed in Tsertelig to avoid the recipient having to pay the tariff for China, since stamps were usually affixed at Chinese post offices)
