1931 registered cover, franked on the reverse with the Third Definitive Issue 50m, tied by the BAIANTUMIN HAN datestamp. On front Manchuria Province 1927 4c underpays China 40c rate, with T handstamp alongside, on reverse China Postage Due 30c (x2), 10c & 1c (x2) tied by KALGAN datestamps, the 72c paying double the original 35c underpayment. Violet Manchouli censor handstamp. Mizuhara records only 5 covers with this cancel, especially rare registered and with this extraordinary combination of stamps
