Running an auctionAdd new auction
In the "Auctions" section, press the "Add new auction" button:
Then select the type of auction in the opened page:
Fill in the information about the auction and confirm the saving:
You have added the new auction to the website. However, it will not be displayed until activation. To make the activation button available, it is necessary to add at least one item.
You can add an item to the auction through the Items section:
Fill out the maximum information about the item. Since buyers actively use filters when searching for items, we recommend filling the "Specifics" section. The items with filled specifics get more visits:
Activation button will be available after adding the first item. After activation, the auction and its items will become available on the website pages. You can also add more items and edit details of the auction.
In order not to create identical or similar items every time anew, you can copy them from existing auctions using the item copying function. This feature is particularly useful when adding items that have not been sold during previous auctions:
Please note that when copying items, you should not have items with the same numbers in the current auction. Therefore, try to copy them when new items have not been added to the auction yet.
Processing buyer's registration on auctionHow to approve or decline buyer's registration for an auction?
Bidders will send you their requests for participation in your auctions. You will need to confirm or decline them. When making a decision, pay attention to the Reliability Level of the bidder:
You can set up automatic approval rules, and bidders' requests that fit these rules will be approved automatically upon admission:
We recommend adding bidders to the Regular Bidders List so that you always have the contacts of your customers. The requests of bidders from this list will be confirmed automatically (it is possible to turn off this function in the settings):
You will be notified in the Notifier or by e-mail (depending on the settings) that you have a new incoming request to participate in the auction. In the Notifier icon, the counter will be displayed or changed.
This is an objective indicator of buyer's reliability. This is the main indicator, which should be regarded, when deciding whether to permit the user to participate in your auctions or not.
Reliability level of a buyer decreases when they have any open disputes or unpaid items.
Reliability level of a buyer increases with successful transactions, that is, when items are won and paid for.
Managing live auctionsLive auctions management page
1. "Place Floor Bid" button. Increases current item price by an auction increment. You take this competitive bid directly from the venue of the auction, by phone, and from other sites.
2. "Skip item" button removes an item from the auction and cancels all previous bids. Skipped items can be repeatedly put up for bidding at the end of the live auction.
3. "Once/Twice/Sold" button is used to sell an item to the user who has placed the greatest bid. After the item has been sold, this button is changed to "Next item" if the automatic function of putting an item for auction is disabled.
4. Current item price and auction increment.
5. "Change current price" button and "retract last bid" button. You can change the current item price or cancel the last bid on the item. Use these functions in extreme cases only since users may not appreciate it.
6. List of users currently attending your auction. Logins of authorized users and total number of unauthorized users are shown.
7. Live auction settings block switch and a switch for displaying the list of users present at auction.
8. Live bidding log. In this block, system messages are displayed on the course of bidding, price change of the item, as well as your public posts.
9. Block for sending public messages. All messages fall into the public log and are displayed for users who attend the auction.
10. Complete list of auction items. In the course of bidding, the status of items in the block is changed. The list can be filtered by status. You can view the details by clicking on the item.
Live bidding is limited in time. It is necessary to start live bidding within 5 hours from the date and time of the auction. If this condition is not met, the auction will be automatically completed:
After the start of live bidding, the duration of the auction trades will be extended to 24 hours.

Setup features of Timed auctionsGroups of items
In Timed auctions, time for completion of the auction for each item is counted from the date and time of holding the auction. Time interval between each item is set in "Time lapse between items" selector.
If you select the number of items in a group that will be greater than 1, the items will be ended in groups with the time specified in "Time lapse between items" selector.
For instance, we have 15 items in our auction. We choose the number of items in the group – 3, and the time lapse between the items – 2 minutes. Completion of bidding on the items will be calculated as follows:
Item 1, 2, 3 – bidding is over: Date and time of the auction
Item 4, 5, 6 – bidding is over: Date and time of the auction + 2 minutes
Item 7, 8, 9 – bidding is over: Date and time of the auction + 4 minutes
Item 10, 11, 12 – bidding is over: Date and time of the auction + 6 minutes
Item 13, 14, 15 – bidding is over: Date and time of the auction + 8 minutes
If you enable this function, bidding on an item will be automatically extended for 30 seconds every time any bidder places a bid at the last minute of bidding.
Pre-bids auctionsHighlighting of new bids
Items with new bids are highlighted with a yellow background. These are the bids that you have not reviewed yet. This way, it becomes easier for auctions’ owners to figure out what bids they have not yet transferred to their platforms.
It is highly recommended to confirm the bids. This way, the buyer will know that their bid is accepted and you will avoid unnecessary questions.
You can confirm all the bids on the item using the "Confirm all bids" button:
Be sure to add and confirm the results of bidding including items’ hammer prices.
Once you have added and confirmed the results of bidding, a link to the results of bidding will appear on the main page. Auction results page will be created on the website.
Your company and the auction with items will take part in ratings, statistics, and site reviews. This will increase recognition and awareness of your company.
Users, who placed bids on the items of your auction, will see if they have won the item or not.
Hammer prices should be added and confirmed by the 3rd day of next month from the date of the auction.
Disputes, Ratings, Advertising, EventsBuyer didn't pay for the order, opening a dispute
If the buyer has not paid for the items within 10 days, you can open a dispute on the Order:
If you have received payment or have found a compromise with the buyer, close the dispute. An open dispute lowers the buyer's Reliability Level.
If you record a dispute in the buyer's account, it will affect their Reliability Level, and other auctioneers may not allow this customer to participate in their auctions.
Your auctions and sold items are automatically placed in website ratings and stats.
Event posting on the site is free of charge. Simply fill out the application using the contact form ("Contact us" button in bottom part of website), and we will contact you to request detailed information and photos of the event. Or send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org.
After that, we will post your Event, and it will be available in the Event List on the website.
To advertise on the website, go to the list of advertising types and choose banner type that you needed.

Use the "Make Featured" button to advertise and display your auction on website homepage in the Recommended section.
