"Postcard of the publication of the Riga postal and Telegraph district. Sent from Yuriev, Livonia province (Tartu, Estonia) to the Red Cross. Oval handstamp of Petrograd censorship with personal letters. Handstamp ""T"" of the international surcharge. Imposed due to the lack of appropriate litter of correspondence of prisoners of war, giving the right to free forwarding. 1915 доплатная почтовая карточка из Юрьева (Тарту, Эстония) Рижского округа. Личный цензурный овал Почтовая карточка издания Рижского почтово-телеграфного округа. Отправлено из Юрьева Лифляндской губернии (Тарту, Эстония) в Красный Крест. Овальный штамп цензуры Петрограда с личной литерой. Штамп ""Т"" международной доплаты. Наложен из-за отсутствия соответствующих помет корреспонденции военнопленных, дающих право на бесплатную пересылку."
