1923 international letter of rare distance ) Uman, Ukraine-Argentina), marking with incomplete sheet and separate stamps 94 (Zagorsky). Part of the marking (at least 12 stamps) under the sheet for a total amount of 5700 rubles. The strip of 5 stamps of the upper part of the sheet is lost. The previous period's rate of 60 rubles (30 for the letter and 30 for the order), the stamps were counted at the rate of 1: 100. 1923 международное письмо редкой дистанции Умань, Украина - Аргентина, Маркировка неполным листом и отдельными марками 94 (Загорский). Часть маркировки (минимум 12 марок) под листом на общую сумму 5700 рублей. Полоса из 5 марок верхней части листа утрачена. Тариф предыдущего периода в 60 рублей (30 письмо и 30 заказ), марки учитывались 1:100.
