Franked with two 5k and three 10k stamps, cancelled with a Kharkov postmark. Arrived in Freiburg im Breisgau on February 9, 1924. Passed through the USSR Commissioner for Philately and Coupons checkpoint in Kharkov. On the reverse side, there is a stamp indicating completion of foreign control, an affixed stamp, and the signature of the Commissioner.
