"Combination cover of an incoming mail from Vienna, Austria, franked with Austrian 3k black on green, tied by Vienna departure c.d.s. (25.05.1895), transferred to the Zemstvo post and franked with 4k brown postage due stamp of Bogorodsk (Schmidt #129, issued in 1895), cancelled on 19.05.1895 (Julian calendar). The cover is an illustrated commercial envelope especially designed for the Russian market containing a price list from a Viennise agricultural tool supplier All printed matter coming from abroad was submitted to censorship. The cover bears a ""ДЦ"" marking (passed by censor). There is also an Imperial Bogorodsk arrival mark (unreadable)"
