The letter was sent from Sereda (west of the city Moscow in the province of Moscow) to Bogorodsk via the Imperial post, and to the village of Khomutova in the volost of Grebnevskaya via the Zemstvo post. Franked with Imperial 7K and Bogorodsk 5K orange-red of 1888 (Schmidt #48) cancelled by c.d.s. of the district on 07.03.1889.
