Gadiach Zemstvo locally addressed registered cover from the volost village Berestovka to the chief of the second sector of the district in a village of the volost Andreevka . Franked with two 3k yellowish rose and carmin-rose (Schmidt #40, Chuchin 44a), one for postage and one for registration tied by circular violet handstamp of the Zemstvo post office of Berestovka (БЕРЕСТОВКА). Date (02.10.1899) added by pen. Beautiful and clear postmark but stamps damaged when opening.
