Gadiach Zemstvo locally addressed registered cover from some village in the volost of Kapustintsy to the administration of the district. Franked with two 3k lilac and orange-red (Schmidt #45, issued in 1900), one for postage and one for registration, tied by circular violet handstamp of the Zemstvo post office of the volost Kapustintsy (КАПУСТИНЦЫ), date (14.06.1902) added by ink, repeated on front. Violet arrival datestamp of the Zemstvo post office of the district capital on front (17.06). Roughly opened on right side but beautiful cover with handstamps of two different Zemstvo post offices.
