Gadiach Zemstvo locally addressed registered cover from some village in the volost of Sergeevka to the administration of the district. Franked with two 3k yellowish-rose and carmin-rose (Schmidt #40, Chuchin 44a, issued in 1897), one for postage and one for registration, tied by circular violet handstamp of the Zemstvo post office of the volost Sergeevka, date (03.02) repeated on front. Arrival datestamp of the Zemstvo post office of the district capital (February-almost unreadable). Central tear but beautiful cover with handstamps of two different Zemstvo post offices.
