Gadiach Zemstvo locally addressed registered cover from the volost village Kapustintsy to the administration of the district in the city of Gadiach. Franked with 3k orange-yellow and rose (Schmidt #38), tied by circular black handstamp of the Zemstvo post office of Kapustintsy (КАПУСТИНЦЫ). The date was added by ink (07.05-year not mentioned), repeated on front. There is also an arrival postmark of the Zemstvo post office of the city of Gadyach. One Zemstvo stamp probably missing. Interesting cover with handstamps of two different Zemstvos post offices.
