Gadiach Zemstvo locally addressed registered cover from the volost village Kapustintsy to the chief of the second sector of the district in the village Dubrovka . Franked with two 3k light blue-green and red (Schmidt #32), one for postage and one for registration tied by circular violet handstamp of the Zemstvo post office of Kapustintsy (КАПУСТИНЦЫ). Date (15.07) added by pen. Beautiful and clear postmark but stamps damaged when opening.
