Kadnikov Zemstvo combination registered cover addressed from the volost of Bogorodskaya to Moscow. Franked with Imperial 14k blue and rose (7k for postage and 7k for registration) and 3k green and red of Kadnikov (Schmidt #11, issued in 1893) cancelled by black rectangular datestamp of the Zemstvo post office of the volost Bogorodskaya (БОГОРОДСКАЯ) (07.08.1894). The letter arrived in Kadnikov on 09.08.1894 (arrival postmark of the Zemstvo post and was transferred the same day to the Imperial post. Arrived in Moscow on 12.08.1894. Combination covers of Kadnikov are much rarer than local mail. Rare volost mark.
