"Kadnikov Zemstvo local cover (petiotion) addressed from the village Perkhin in the volost Davidovskaya to the administration of the district. Franked with 3k green (Schmidt #17, issued in 1903) cancelled by black rectangular datestamp of the district ""KADNIKOV Z.P."" (08.12.1903). Interesting cover with the error in the datestamp 1803 instead of 1903. Some datestamps of the XIXth century were still in use during the XXth century, but without possibility to change the second figure of the year."
