Osa quadrisect Zemstvo local cover (complaint) from Pokrovo-Yasylsky volost to the agricultural office in Osa. Due to the lack of 2k stamps a 8k dark-blue and pale greenish-blue (Schmidt #3 type 1, issued in 1890) was quadrisected and cancelled by two violet oval datestamps of the district. Ex-Ferrari and Fabergé Tear and one flap missing but interesting and rare item with very good provenience
