"Cover of a letter mailed at a ROPiT office adressed to the village Osevskoe in the Bogorodsk district. Franked with the Russian Levant 1890 10k rose-carmine and green cancelled ROPIT (unreadable), Bogorodsk arrival mark (unreadable). Then transferred to the Zemstvo post. The Zemstvo post applied a 1894 4K due red stamp ""for letters and notifications"" (Schmidt #86) which was cancelled by cds of the district on 26.04.1894. Some spots and ageing of the paper but a rare item."
