Tikhvin Zemstvo combination cover sent from a postal waggon to a village in the volost of Jukovskaya of the district of Tikhvin. Franked on reverse with Imperial 7k blue cancelled by postal waggon cds (12.02.1888) and 5k black, blue and red on rosish-yellow paper (Schmidt #26, issued in 1888) tied by blue cds of the Zemstvo post of Tikhvin (unreadable). Transit mark of Chudovo (13.02.1888). The Zemstvo stamp is damaged in one angle but an interesting and rare cover transported by train.
