"Vessiegonsk Zemstvo combination cover sent from a postal waggon to a village in the volost of Teliatinskaya. Franked on reverse with Imperial 7k blue cancelled by postal waggon cds (19.04.1884) and 5k black on lilac paper (Schmidt #15, issued in 1883) tied by blue horizontal mark ""НЕОПЛОЧЕНО"" (unpaid). Transit marks of Byezhetsk (20 and 21.04.1884). Sky-blue datestamp of the Zemstvo post (22.04.1884). Some faults (blue paper sticked on front) but an interesting and rare cover transported by train."
