1884 (2 Sep) Registered cover, From Ust-Tsylma to St. Petersburg. The letter is franked with six 7k marks and canceled with the Ust-Tsylma (Ust-Tsylmskoe) postmark. The letter was actually sent on September 5, 1884, and arrived in Arkhangelsk on September 27, 1884.

1915 (5 May) censored international cover. From St. Petersburg to Zurzach (Switzerland). The cover is franked with a Semi-postal 1k (2k) and 7k (8k) and a 10k stamp, with a St. Petersburg postmark. On the back of the envelope is a purple stamp removed from a mailbox. The envelope was (resealed) after inspection and sealed with a red wax seal with a Russian Imperial Eagle and the text "Petrograd Military Censorship." The letter arrived in Zurzach on June 5, 1915.
