Very rare "One-of-a-kind peace" with current certificate Mr Wasels BPP.

Delivery fee stamp (Bestellgeldmarke) 40 Kopeks on 30 Pfennig black with red-violet Cyrillic overprint.
Mi. No. 3 (PF) unused.
The stamp exhibits the plate error of the original stamp: the "I" in "КОНТРОЛЬНЫЙ" at the bottom is shortened.
Stamp and overprint are genuine, original gum with a hinge mark.
The perforation defects in the lower-left area exceed the normal standard for this type of issue. No further defects are present.
I am not aware of any other delivery fee stamp with this plate error.
