Gadiach Zemstvo locally addressed registered cover from some village in the volost of Kapustintsy to the administration of the district. Franked with two 3k dark green and lilac-rose (Schmidt #43, issued in 1899), one for postage and one for registration, tied by circular violet handstamp of the Zemstvo post office of the volost Kapustintsy (КАПУСТИНЦЫ), date added by ink (26.02). The same day, arrival datestamp of the Zemstvo post office of the district capital. Small faults but beautiful cover with handstamps of two different Zemstvo post offices.
