Square URGA transit postmark was impressed on obverse

An extraordinary routing as the Chinese Eastern Railway went directly to Harbin from Manchuli at the Mongolian border; Vladivostok was the eastern terminus of the C.E.R., some 300 miles beyond Harbin.
