Shelyakow Postmaster' (the post office having run out of stamps) and 1926 third definitive issue 25m. later applied and cancelled by 'Ulanbator Mongolia' double-ring datestamp, with China 1923 Junk 4c on front applied as Due and cancelled by 'Harbin' bilingual c.d.s.
