Passed through the USSR Commissioner for Philately and Coupons checkpoint in Kharkov. On the reverse side, there is a stamp indicating completion of foreign control, an affixed stamp, and the signature of the Commissioner.

Arrived in Yenotayevsk on June 19, 1924. On the same day, June 19, 1924, the mail was received by the recipient, and the form was sent back and received in Moscow on June 24, 1924.

1867 (22 Jun) cover international, From Kronstadt, to Pont-Rousseau, France, unpaid (rectangular postmark on the front of the envelope is not franked). Also on the front of the envelope, handwritten mark "11" is the amount of unpaid next to the Prussian accountancy mark 'P.38.' ('P.' means PRUSSIA), used on Prussian transit mail from Poland and Russia, with destination France (the uniform rate was 11 decimes (1.1 francs).
