1981 100th anniversary of birth of Pablo Picasso, Very Rare Souvenir Sheet on piece of paper, 'PAID' (OPLACHENO) handstamp

This is thick wrapping paper with "GOZNAK" markings. In the printing house where the souvenir sheets were produced, a specific quantity intended for regional distribution was wrapped in this paper. These unnumbered sheets were affixed to the shipping bundles as postage, and all of them bear a faint purple "PAID" (OPLACHENO) stamp.
