1871 Official folded letter in Breslau franked with 1/3 Groschen official service stamp (Dienstmarke) from the North German Confederation. Although the Empire had been formed, these stamps remained in use until the new Imperial Reichspost was fully established on Jan 1st 1872.

It was a local delivery within Breslau, indicated by the word "Hier" (Here). The address is listed as Nicolaistr. (Nikolaistraße), which was a prominent commercial street in the city.
