"1894 (8 Feb) red band cover addressed from Russian Post Office in Urga, Mongolia to Pekin, China. Franked with two stamps of 5k, and 7k (1884 year issue), paying a total of 14k, tied by ""Urga"" double oval departure date-stamp (right half of the year missing), the year was written by hand at the sender's post office. The receiving firm's ""Dun-Fu-Yu Pekin"" handstamp is in a red double-framed rectangle, with other markings and red handstamps. Date-stamp Type 3c (Tchilingirian & Stephen)."
