"1904 (2 Feb) red band cover addressed from Russian Post Office in Urga, Mongolia to Pekin, China. Franked with pair of 7k, and a single 7k, tied by ""Urga Pochtov. Kontora"" date-stamp, with Russian Post Office in Peking arrival date-stamp at the bottom. The receiving firm's ""Dun-Fu-Yu Pekin"" handstamp is in a red double-framed rectangle, with other markings and red handstamps. Scarce red-violet color date-stamp Type 4a (Tchilingirian & Stephen)."
