1926 (17 Dec ) Red-band cover from TSETSERLIG to Kalgan, franked 5c and 20c revenue stamp with a purple "postage" overprint (Mongolia) canceled with the Tsetserlig postmark and 1-, 2-, 5-, and 10c stamps (China) canceled with the Kalgan postmark. Transit postmark Ulan Bator August 17, 1926, then transit postmark Harbin September 6, 1926. Mongolian foreign letter rate and China rate paid.
