1937 postal cover richly franked air mail for full rate (2 rubles 30 kopecks) from Bryansk to Mukachevo in Transcarpathian Ukraine. In 1937, there was no Transcarpathian Ukraine (as an administrative concept refers to 1944-1945), the address should have been in Czechoslovakia. The international air letter had to have transit stamps like the Ministry of Finance of Moscow and Prague, which were not present on the letter. An envelope from a publishing house in Moscow was used for private delivery. 1937 почтовый конверт, богато маркированное авиаотправление на полный тариф (2 рубля 30 копеек) из Брянска в Мукачево Закарпатской Украины. В 1937 году не существовало Закарпатской Украины (как административное понятие относится к 1944-1945 году), адресование должно было быть в Чехословакию. Международное авиаписьмо должно было иметь транзитные штемпеля как минмиум Москвы и Праги, отсутствующие на письме. Использован конверт издательства в Москве для частного отправления.
