1943 (Sept. 12) double registered airmail cover sent from Kwangtung Chungwun to U.S.A., franked on front 1942-44 Dr. SYS issue Central Trust print 20c. greenish grey, $1 lake and $5 pinkish red, and 1942-45 Dr. SYS issue Paicheng (Engraved) print, $10 red brown, rouletted, tied by three strikes of Kwangtung Chungwun 1943 Sept. 12 cds, an unframed “DHF/10” handstamp in violet. Cover opened and resealed with a “OPENED BY EXAMINER P.C.90” censor label, tied by two arrival cds’s of MIAMI, FLA. and SACRAMENTO, CAL REG. DEC 1 1943, both in magenta.
