International registered letter Petrograd to Canada. Rate franking with postage and charity stamps of the first issue (block 126, vertical pair 127 and two 129, Zagorsky). Two stamps of charity issues for 10 and 5 kopecks, which were not included to the tate. Stamp 923 with an unspecified function. The absence of censorship stamps is associated with the sending of the American Consulate, whose correspondence was not censored at that time. Международное заказное письмо Петроград в Канаду. Тарифная маркировка почтово-благотворительными марками первого выпуска (квартблок 126, вертикальная пара 127 и две 129, Загорский). Две марки благотворительных выпусков на 10 и 5 копеек, не входившие в тариф. Штамп 923 с неопределенной функцией. Отсутствие цензурных отметок связано с отправкой американским консульством, переписка которого в тот период не цензурировалась.
