(USA), to Sofia (Bulgaria) on ship "Europa" franked with ten 3c stamps, was a canceled special postmark of the ship USS Seattle (IX 39). It was planned to be sent via the ship "Bremen" and on it by catapult mail via Southampton, text on the front, but was sent on the ship Europa.
