"1919 (14 June) red band cover addressed from Russian Post Office in Urga, Mongolia to Pekin, China. Franked with 10k, tied by ""Urga v Mongolii"" date-stamp, repeated on the back, with two different Chinese arrival postmarks. Russian Post Office in Peking arrival date-stamp on back and Vladivostok censorship handstamp. The cover was sent in a period of civil war in Russia, a few months before the Chinese occupation of Mongolia (October 1919). Date-stamp Type 7b (Tchilingirian & Stephen)."
