1926 (Aug) cover of Mongolian Central Cooperative, Urga, mailed to head office (ULANBATOR backstamp) franked on reverse with 1926 'POSTAGE' Overprinted Revenue 20c violet ovpt. tied by TSETSERLIG MANDAL MONGOLIA red boxed datestamp with additional strike alongside. Internal usages are rare. Note Cyrillic 'Urga', added to the address. Urga had been officially renamed Ulan Bator upon proclamation of the Republic in November 1924, here, nearly two years later, the old name was still being used
