1926 (Sep 10) ALTAN BULAK (Altanbulak) cover, Temporary Issue 1926 Revenue Stamps with handstamp overprint in violet and without handstamp overprint, 5c gray magenta and 10c green, although franked with only 15 cents instead of 25 cents, the letter was delivered without objection, as evidenced by the transit postmarks of Manchouli and Peking
