Gadiach Zemstvo locally addressed registered cover (complaint) from the volost village Borki to the district court. Franked with two 3k imperforated carmin-rose and lilac (Schmidt #34), one for postage and one for registration, tied by circular sky blue handstamp of the Zemstvo post office of Borki (БОРКИ). Date (09.08) added by pen. Arrival violet datestamp of the Zemstvo post office of Gadiach. Small central tear on reverse, still a beautiful cover with handstamps of two Zemstvo post offices.
