1919 Red-band cover of Chinese post office in Urga (Mongolia) to Kalgan, franked with Chinese 'Junk' Issue 3 cent and 9 cent. Chinese postal service was beginning to suffer because of warfare between "white" and "red" forces in Russia was spilling over into Mongolia. By 1921 China closed it's offices there and regular postal service came to a halt
