Franked with one 3k lilac and orange-red (Schmidt #45, issued in 1900) and one 3k dark green and lilac-rose (Schmidt 43, issued in 1899), one for postage and one for registration, tied by violet handstamp of the Zemstvo post office of the volost Veprika (ВЕПРИКА), on front arrival datestamp of the post office of the district capital (unreadable). Attractive and rare franking in two colours.
