On September 21, 1930, it was sent by catapult mail to Southampton, with a red cached on the obverse "Mit Katapultflug," meaning "with catapult flight." And a cached "1 Deutscher Katapultflug" (German catapult flight) D. "Europa" - Southampton. On September 21, 1930, the first catapult mail flight took place from the SS Europa to Southampton. The postmark for the place of receipt is missing. Extremely rare. The cover bears the autograph of the ship "Europa" captain, Nikolaus Johnsen
